Terms of Use

These terms apply to the 35Cam iPhone app, made by Itay Brenner, trading as Itaysoft. By using the app you agree to them.
Licence
35Cam is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which forms part of these terms. Where the two differ about subscriptions, the section below applies.
35Cam Pro
- 35Cam is free to use. 35Cam Pro unlocks the additional film stocks, lenses and zoom, frame formats and the front camera.
- Pro is sold as auto-renewing subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price and period of each option are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel beforehand.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you change or reinstall your iPhone, use “Restore purchases” on the Pro screen. Pro is tied to the Apple Account that bought it.
Your photographs
The pictures you take with 35Cam are yours. We claim no rights over them and never receive them; see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for how and where you take and share photographs, including respecting other people’s privacy and local law.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent the Pro purchase, reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it, or use it to break the law.
Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, including film stocks, and we may change prices for future billing periods; Apple will notify you of a price increase where required. We may update these terms, and will change the effective date above when we do.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including photographs that were not captured or saved. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
