Where do my photos go?
Every picture is saved to your Photos library and also kept inside 35Cam as a contact sheet. Tap PRINTS in the bottom-left corner of the camera to see your rolls; each roll holds 36 exposures.
The viewfinder is black and says “The lens cap is on”.
35Cam does not have camera access. Open Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Camera and switch 35Cam on, or tap Open Settings on that screen.
My photos are not showing up in Photos.
Check Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Photos ▸ 35Cam and allow “Add Photos Only”. Photos taken while access was off are still in your contact sheets, and you can share them from there.
How do I turn location off (or on)?
Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Location Services ▸ 35Cam. With location off, nothing about where you were is written into your photos. Location never leaves your iPhone either way.
I picked a film and it says PREVIEW · UNLOCK TO SHOOT.
That stock is part of 35Cam Pro. You can see its look live in the viewfinder, but exposing a frame on it needs Pro. Standard 100 is always free.
I bought Pro but it is not unlocked.
Open the Pro screen (tap the format key, or any Pro film and the shutter) and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ 35Cam. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I reset exposure compensation?
Double-tap the ± EV wheel and it springs back to zero.
Can I fire the shutter without touching the screen?
Yes. Either volume button takes a picture, and so does Camera Control on iPhones that have it. Camera Control also adjusts exposure and picks the film; with Pro it zooms too.
