Privacy Policy
Effective September 20, 2026
The short version: your photos and your location never leave your iPhone. 35Cam has no accounts, no ads and no advertising trackers. Two services receive limited technical data: RevenueCat, to manage the optional Pro subscription, and Sentry, to tell us when the app crashes.
35Cam (“the app”) is made by Itay Brenner, trading as Itaysoft (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the 35Cam iPhone app and this website, 35cam.itaybre.dev.
What stays on your iPhone
Camera and photos
The app uses the camera to take pictures. Every image is processed entirely on your device. Finished photos are saved to your Photos library and to the app’s own private storage, which is what fills the in-app contact sheets. We ask only for permission to add to your Photos library; 35Cam cannot read the photos already in it. Your pictures are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
Location
If you allow it, 35Cam reads your location while the camera is open and writes it into the metadata (EXIF) of the photos you take, so they appear on the map in Photos. Your location is not sent to us, to RevenueCat or to Sentry. Keep in mind that when you share a photo, its embedded location goes with it unless you remove it in the share sheet. You can turn location off at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Location Services ▸ 35Cam; the app works the same without it.
Motion sensors
The level line in the viewfinder uses the motion sensors. That data is used on the spot and never stored or sent.

We have configured Sentry not to collect personally identifying information, and screenshot and view-hierarchy capture are switched off, because the screen is your viewfinder. Neither service is used for advertising, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.
These providers act as our processors. You can read their policies at revenuecat.com/privacy and sentry.io/privacy. They may process data in the United States.
What we do not do
- No accounts, sign-ups or email collection.
- No advertising, ad networks or cross-app tracking. The app never asks for permission to track you.
- No third-party analytics about how you use the app.
- No uploading of photos, locations or anything you create.
This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is hosted by Vercel, which, like any web host, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
Retention
Crash and performance reports are kept by Sentry for up to 90 days. RevenueCat keeps purchase records for as long as needed to honour your subscription and meet accounting obligations. Photos stay on your device until you delete them; deleting the app removes its private copies, while anything saved to Photos remains yours.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data about you, including under the GDPR and the CCPA. Because 35Cam has no accounts, the data described above is tied to an anonymous identifier rather than to your name. Write to us and we will help locate and delete it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
35Cam is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes
If the app starts handling data differently, we will update this page and its effective date before the change ships.
